    Description

    Lovely original high grade example of the 1970 South Korea 100 Won.  This coin is graded PCGS MS65 (#42620242) and exhibits smooth, satiny lustrous mark free surfaces and fully struck devices.
    This coin has its own "personality", displaying a light hue suggesting of pastel blue and brilliant gold coloration along the peripheries of both the obverse and reverse.  It is the first of the three MS65 plate coins featured on the PCGS population report page for this date.  It is solid for its MS65 grade and has excellent eye appeal.  It is tied with several others as a "top pop" for this first year (1970) of the type.
    This coin certainly belongs in a top grade PCGS registry set of South Korea 100 Won coins .
