I have up for bid (2) used Dexter Russell S131F-6 Sani-Safe knifes. Each one has a curved blade for a close cut around bone, producing more meat
making it Perfect for deboning meats for farm-to-table quality.
Each one has a Textured, slip-resistant handle can withstand temperatures up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. It measures about 11 1/2" total length with the blade being about 6" long.
The blade of this knife is made from DexSteel, a high-carbon, high-alloy stainless steel. This allows the blade to retain edge sharpness and resists corrosion from repeated use. It has been individually ground for added strength and durability. After years of use they have some wear, but they still have a lot of life left in them.
