Overnight or express shipping maybe available depending on the parts requested. Please contact us prior to purchase if you need express delivery options
TRACKING
Tracking numbers are uploaded to eBay as soon as the shipping label is created. Some tracking information will not update until the next business day after creating labels
SHIPPING METHODS
We use Priority Mail or usps First class for most small parts and shipments. Some new parts or tools maybe delayed or shipped directly from the distributor or manufacturer. Should there be a delay we will contact you asap to inform you. We also use FedEx and UPS for larger packages. Carrier selection is made per order and may vary. If you have a special request or preference, please contact us prior to purchase to ensure we can accommodate

PAYMENTS
Payment is required within 3 days of a purchase. We use the automated eBay unpaid bidder tool for unpaid items. We accept all major credit cards over the phone and PayPal through eBay
RETURNS
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days all sales are considered final
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and/or deduction of original shipping fees paid by SALVAGE CYCLES LLC for parts returned for any reason other than damage in shipping or part failures
All parts must be in the same condition originally shipped. Most of our parts will have a Tamper Evident Sticker placed on them. These stickers are removable but leave a residue behind, so we know which parts are ours. We ask that you do not remove these stickers until you are satisfied with your part and intend to keep it. Parts that are shipped with a Tamper Evident sticker but returned without the sticker may not qualify for a refund

All parts have a 30-day guarantee. All parts must be in the same condition originally shipped. Most of our parts will have a Tamper Evident Sticker placed on them. NOS means New Old Stock - these parts are new, but packaging may be dirty or have shelf wear
Tamper Evident Decals - Most of our parts will have a Tamper Evident Sticker placed on them. This is used so we can Identify our parts should they be returned. We try our best to put these decals in a location that does not affect the looks or function of the parts we sell. These decals are SALVAGE CYCLES LLC Branded and less than 1" in size.
All parts are used and will have signs of use unless otherwise stated. (Scratches, dirt, rust, oil, fading) are all possible with used parts. Please see our pictures for condition and ask questions before purchasing our items. "Wear parts" such as Bearings, bushings, gaskets, seals, cables, o-rings, petcocks, clutch plates, sprockets, pistons and rings are all parts that wear out and need replacing as routine maintenance. Used Carburetors should be cleaned and rebuilt upon delivery unless otherwise specified. These items and are not guaranteed by us unless stated specifically that they are new or useable in our listing. We highly recommend replacing all bearings, bushings, gaskets, seals, petcocks, clutch plates, sprockets, pistons rings when repairing your unit even if we supply these "wear parts" with the used parts we are selling

We specialize in Metric powersports repairs, service and parts. In the past few years, we have focused on starting a second division of our company dedicated to quality used and new powersport parts as well as a great online presence and reputation. And from that vision Salvage Cycles LLC was created
