Specially designed to meet the broader bandwidth requirements of all popular AIS transceivers, Shakespeares Galaxy Style 5396-AIS antenna features commercial-grade fiberglass construction. With the great looks of Shakespeares Galaxy® Little Giant™ series the 4 antenna comes with a standard 1-14 thread stainless steel ferrule and 20 of RG-8X Coax.

Return Information
Return Time:
You can return most items within the first 30 days from the shipping date. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged.
RMA Number:
Before returning your item you must get an RMA Number and the Return shipping address. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. eMail us through eBay to obtain an RMA and the Return shipping address
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are not refundable. If an item was shipped under "Free Shipping" the shipping fee we incurred to get the product to you will be deducted out of the return price. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Refusing A Package:
If you place an order and then refuse a package for any reason, you will receive a refund for the amount of your original purchase less any shipping charges we incurred in getting the package to you originally, as well as the cost of the return shipping. A 5% Restocking Fee may also apply.
Damages and Missing Parts:
In the rare event an item arrives damaged or there are missing parts you can simply contact us with 24 hours of receipt and we will resolve the issue immediately.
Defective Item:
Please contact us within 15 days of receipt for all defective items.  Defective items will be returned for a Full Refund.
